We make a cookie-consent tool, so it would be a poor look to litter our own site with trackers. We don’t. This page lists exactly what miniconsent sets, and when.
This website
miniconsent.com sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking, and our fonts are self-hosted. There is nothing here to consent to.
When you sign in
If you use the admin app, a small number of strictly-necessary cookies keep you securely signed in. These are exempt from consent because they are essential to a service you actively requested.
| Cookie | Set on | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
miniconsent_session | admin.miniconsent.com | Keeps you signed in to the admin app. Signed and HttpOnly. | Session (up to ~10 hours) |
AUTH_SESSION_ID, KC_* | auth.miniconsent.com | Maintains your sign-in session with our authentication service. | Session |
The miniconsent banner on your site
When you deploy miniconsent, the banner stores each visitor’s consent choice in their browser (a small first-party record) so they aren’t asked again on every page. That record is strictly necessary for the consent mechanism itself and is set on your domain — it’s covered by your own cookie policy, which our policy generator can help you produce.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Clearing the session cookie above simply signs you out of the admin app.
Changes
We’ll update this page and the “last updated” date if our cookie use changes. Questions? [email protected].
